In 2019, the UNSW School of Education and Gonski Institute for Education will launch a new Doctor of Education degree. This will offer working educational leaders the chance to engage in research that relates directly to their current practice and areas of interest. The degree is undertaken part-time over 4-6 years.Expressions of interest are currently sought for 2019 candidates in two focus areas: Equity and Education and School Reform. Candidates will have the chance to work with world class educational leaders, and access professional learning and research opportunities, within and outside the UNSW School of Education and Gonski Institute for Education. There are no tuition fees charged to domestic students for this program, and coursework can be flexibly scheduled alongside work commitments. Candidates must meet UNSW graduate entry requirements, including research experience — more information about entry requirements can be found on our website.

Expressions of interest, or requests for more information, should be addressed to Dr Kalervo Gulson at EdDEoISubmissions@unsw.edu.au.
